Reviews and Ratings
Flamingo Bay Hotel is decent if you're on a tight budget and just need a place to crash for a few nights. The location is great for accessing Port Lucaya Marketplace, and the beach is fantastic. However, I found the extra charges for everything a bit overwhelming, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Overall, it's not the best choice for a luxurious stay, but it can work if you don't mind compromising on comfort.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with friendly connections and fun amenities like a pool with a slide. However, it does need renovations, especially post-hurricane, and the rooms aren't quite up to standard. The beach is beautiful, but some areas could use better maintenance.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the marina. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a highlight for me. However, the rooms are very outdated, with thin walls and poor service when it comes to amenities. Overall, it might be okay for a short budget stay, but I wouldn't choose to come back.
The hotel has a convenient location right across from the beautiful Taino Beach, and the view from my room was lovely. However, the rooms are quite outdated, and the service left a lot to be desired. The pool area is nice, but overall, I found the value for money lacking given the low quality of the accommodations.
